The estate of Agnes McGrory or Stevenson, 5 Hazel Road, Abronhill, Cumbernauld G67 3BN was sequestrated by the sheriff at Airdrie on Tuesday 17th September 2002 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to James I Smith Esq CA, Smith Inglis & Co, 1 Auchingramont Road, Hamilton ML3 6JP, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.
