The estate of Ian Feron, 516 Millcroft Road, Carbrain, Cumbernauld G67 2QP was sequestrated by the sheriff at Airdrie on Wednesday 2nd October 2002 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to James I Smith Esq CA, Smith Inglis & Co, 1 Auchingramont Road, Hamilton ML3 6JP, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.
