The estate of Fiona Marie Simpson, 15 Pansport Place, Elgin, Moray IV30 1HG was sequestrated by the sheriff at Elgin on Tuesday 8th October 2002 and Stephen Woodhouse, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Alan A Nelson Esq CA, Tenon Recovery, 10 Ardross Street, Inverness IV3 5NS, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 8th October 2002.
