Pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 Notice is hereby given that on 24th September 2002 Istituto Nazionale Assicurazioni S.p.A. of the firm of DPE Limited Partnership carrying on the business in Scotland and elsewhere of acting as a limited partner and founder partner in an English limited partnership known as Deutsche European Partners IV (US ERISA) (No. 1) LP and each of its parallel partnerships at 29 Curriehill Castle Drive, Balerno, Edinburgh EH14 5TA has transferred a total of Euros 375 of capital to Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. of Via Sallustiana No. 51, Rome, Italy.
