Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnership Act 1907 that on Eleventh September Two Thousand and Two the interest of Limited Partner in the Limited Partnership of Highland Boath Farms having a place of business at Highland Boath Farm in the County of Nairn and registered as a Limited Partnership pursuant to Section 8 of the above Act on Twenty-first September Nineteen hundred and ninety under Number SL001531 was assigned to Robert Graeme Waddell DA of Findhorn House, Findhorn, Forres, The Right Honourable Angelika Ilona, Dowager Countess Cawdor of Cawdor Castle, Nairn; William Henry Clegg of The Leys, Pavenham, Bedfordshire; and Alasdair North Grant Laing of Logie Estate Office, Logie as Trustees surviving and assumed acting under Deed of Trust by the late The Right Honourable Hugh John Vaughan, Sixth Earl Cawdor in favour of himself and others therein mentioned dated Fifteenth March Nineteen hundred and eighty-four (by which the Trust known as “the Cawdor Maintenance Trust” was constituted) with effect from that date.
