DISEASES OF FISH ACT 1937 (AS AMENDED)

DISEASES OF FISH (DESIGNATED AREA) (SCOTLAND) REVOCATION (NO 93) ORDER 2003

The above Order which revokes the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 142) Order 1998 comes into force on 5th November 2003.

Accordingly the Scottish Ministers in terms of Section 2(5) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937, as amended, being satisfied that the inland waters contained within the BKD Aquarium belonging to the Institute of Aquaculture at the Pathology Building, University of Stirling, Stirling (OS grid ref: NS 807 963) are no longer infected waters, hereby revoke the above Designated Area Order.
