The estate of Joseph McKnight, 1 Felton Place, Glasgow G13 4DN was sequestrated by the sheriff at Glasgow on Monday 9th September 2002 and Stephen Woodhouse, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to C Moore FCCA, Graham & Co, John Brown House, Cart Street, Clydebank, Glasgow G81 1NX, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Thursday 8th August 2002.
