ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION (APPLICATIONS, APPEALS AND REGISTERS) REGULATIONS 1991

In accordance with regulations 5(1) of the above Regulations, Notice is herby given that application is being made to the Scottish Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) for the variation of an authorisation granted under Part 1 of the above Act by Transco Plc. The authorisation is in respect of a combustion process at Moffat Compressor Station. The number of the authorisation in question is IPC/061/1993

The application may be inspected, free of charge during office hours at the SEPA offices in Dumfries and East Kilbride.

Written representations concerning the application may be made to SEPA at Rivers House, Irongray Road, Dumfries, DG2 0JE and, if received within 28 days of the publication of this notice, will be taken into consideration in deciding the application. Any such representations made by any person will be entered in a public register unless that person requests in writing that they should not be so placed. Where such a request is made there will be included in the register a statement indicating that representations have been made which have been the subject of such a request.
