The estate of Alistair McDonald Herkes aka Alister, 38 Davidson Terrace, Haddington trading as A H Transport, formerly having a place of business at 80 Riversdale Drive, Haddington EH41 3QW was sequestrated by the sheriff at Haddington on Monday 9th September 2002 and Stephen Woodhouse, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Eric R H Nisbet, The Glen Drummond Partnership, Knightsridge Business Park, 4 Turnbull Way, Livingston EH54 8RB, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Friday 16th August 2002.
