The estate of Kenneth James Mitchell, 47 Forresthall Crescent, Glasgow G21 4EE was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court on 3rd September 2002 and Eileen Blackburn, Baker Tilly, Breckenridge House 274 Sauchiehall Street Glasgow G2 3EH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to the Interim Trustee.

Please note that the date of sequestration for creditors claims was 3rd September 2002.

Any creditor known to the Interim Trustee will be notified of the date, time and place of the statutory meeting of creditors to elect a Permanent Trustee.
