The estate of Susan Murray, 105 Skirsa Street, Cadder, Glasgow G23 5DA formerly known as Munns Ltd and Hubbar Ltd, 610 Maryhill Road, Glasgow and 175 Great Western Road, Glasgow was sequestrated by the sheriff at Glasgow on Thursday 15th August 2002 and Stephen Woodhouse, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Kenneth G Le May Esq CA, Suite 412 Baltic Chambers, 50 Wellington Street, Glasgow G2 6HJ, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Thursday 15th August 2002.
