DISEASES OF FISH ACT 1937 (AS AMENDED)

Notice is hereby given that the Scottish Ministers have made the Diseases of Fish (Designated Area) (Scotland) (No 147) Order 2002. This Order declares the inland waters contained within the fish rearing tanks belonging to Landcatch Limited at the site known as Ormsary Powerhouse, situated south of Ormsary, Knapdale, Argyll (OS grid ref: NR 742 717), to be a designated area for the purposes of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937 (as amended), and provides for the control of the movement of live fish, live eggs of fish and foodstuff for fish into or out of the area. The Order will come into force on 24th August 2002.
