Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that pursuant to an assignation of 17th July 2002 Plumtree General Partner (Guernsey) Limited transferred to Plumtree Holdings (Guernsey) Limited all of the interest held by it in Plumtree Investment Fund - A 2000, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL 3957 and Plumtree General Partner (Guernsey) Limited ceased to be a general partner and Plumtree Holdings (Guernsey) Limited became a general partner in Plumtree Investment Fund - A 2000.
