Sequestration of the estate of

THOMAS FLEMING

The estate of Thomas Fleming, residing at Colros, Kettins, Blairgowrie. PH13 9HB was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Perth on 12th July 2002 and Eric R H Nisbet, The Glen Drummond Partnership, Corporate Recovery & Insolvency Services, Knightsridge Business Park, 4 Turnbull Way, Livingston EH54 8RB has been appointed by the court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to the Interim Trustee.

Any creditor known to the interim trustee will be notified of the date, time and place of the statutory meeting of creditors to elect a Permanent Trustee.

Please note that the date of sequestration for creditors claims is 19th June 2002.
