The estate of John Linton Edgar, formerly residing at 17 Rowanbank Avenue, Calside, Dumfries and carrying on business at Unit 4, Huntingdon Business Park, Huntingdon Road, Dumfries was sequestrated at the Court of Session on Thursday 20th June 2002 and Stephen woodhouse, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to William White Esq CA, Messrs W White & Co, 60 Bank Street, Kilmarnock KA1 1ER, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Friday 17th May 2002.
