NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of the undermentioned deceased person are required to send written particulars of their claim or interest to the undersigned solicitors by the 20th December 2013 after which date the personal representatives of the said deceased person will distribute the assets of such deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice.
