AGRICULTURE (TEMPORARY ASSISTANCE) ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1954

THE AGRICULTURE (HARDSHIP PAYMENT) SCHEME (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2013

The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(1) and 2 of the Agriculture (Temporary Assistance) Act (Northern Ireland) 1954, and with the approval of the Minister for Finance and Personnel, has made a Statutory Rule entitled the Agriculture (Hardship Payment) Scheme (Northern Ireland) 2013, (S.R. 2013 No. 144).

The Rule was made on 22nd May 2013 and came into operation on 24th May 2013.
