STATUTORY NOTICE TO CREDITORS BENEFICIARIES AND OTHERS

TRUSTEE ACT (NI) 1958

In the Estate of MARY JOSEPHINE MORRIS, late of County Care Home, 42 Tempo Road, Enniskillen, County Fermanagh.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 28 of the Trustee Act (NI) 1958, that all Creditors, Beneficiaries and other persons having any claims against or an interest in the estate of the above named deceased who died on 4 December 2012, are hereby required to send on or before 5 July 2013 particulars of such claims or interests to the undersigned Solicitors for the Personal Representatives of the deceased.

And Notice is hereby given that after the said 5 July 2013, the said Personal Representatives will proceed to convey or distribute the property of the said deceased among the parties entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and demands of which particulars have been received.
