DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND PERSONNEL

Notice is hereby given that the Department of Finance and Personnel in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 42(1G) of the Rates (Northern Ireland) Order 1977 has made an Order entitled the Rates (Exemption for Automatic Telling Machines in Rural Areas) Order (Northern Ireland) 2013.

The Order was made on 31st January 2013 and is subject to affirmative resolution procedure of the Northern Ireland Assembly.
