1 “That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that the company be wound up voluntarily.”

2 “That John J Cavanagh & Gerard Gildernew of Cavanagh | Kelly, Chartered Accountants & Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, Scottish Provident Building, 7 Donegall Square West, Belfast, BT1 6JH be appointed joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.”
