2. The Crown Solicitor for Northern Ireland as nominee for the Crown in whom the Bankrupt’s share of the Property vested when the Official Receiver, acting as Trustee, disclaimed same hereby disclaims the Crown’s title (if any) in the Property, the vesting of the Bankrupt’s share of the Property having come to his notice on 2 February 2012.
