Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 270 of the Companies Act (Northern Ireland) 1960 that final meetings of the members and creditors of Supply Stores Limited will be held at the offices of McCartney & Co., 27 Hawkin Street, Londonderry BT48 6RE on Wednesday 4 January 2012 at 9.30 am and 9.45 am for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing how the winding up of the company has been conducted and the property has been disposed of and that the same was done accordingly. A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. Proxies for use at the meeting must be lodged at the offices of McCartney & Co., Londonderry BT48 6RE, no later than 12.00 noon or Tuesday 3 January 2012.
