DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, SOCIAL SERVICES AND PUBLIC SAFETY

Notice is hereby given that the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 7(1) and (2) of the Fire and Rescue Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2006, has made an Order entitled The Fire and Rescue Services (Emergencies) Order (Northern Ireland) 2011.

The Order was made on 12 October 2011.
