Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Articles 91 and 92 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that General Meetings of the above Company will be held at the offices of Lynchehaun & Associates Ltd, Business Recovery House, 89 Malone Avenue, Belfast BT9 6EQ on Monday 31 October 2011 at 10.00 am to be followed by a General Meeting of the Creditors at 10:15 am for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding up for the entire period of the liquidation.
