Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Article 92 of the Insolvency (NI) Order 1989 that final meetings of the members and creditors of Roxborough Realty Ltd will be held at the offices of Philip Gill & Co, 9 Gibson’s Lane, Newtownards, County Down BT23 4LJ on 26 July 2011 at 10.00 am and 10.15 am for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up of the company has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of.

A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a member of the company. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of Philip Gill & Co, 9 Gibson’s Lane, Newtownards, County Down BT23 4LJ no later than 12.00 noon on 25 July 2011.
