At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above named Company held at Belfast City Airport, Conference Room 2, Sydenham Bypass, Belfast on 23 March 2011, the following Resolutions were passed:

As a Special Resolution

1.	That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meting that the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind the Company up, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily.
As Ordinary Resolutions
2.	That Tauseef A. Rashid of Seneca Insolvency Practitioners, Speedwell Mill, Old Coach Road, Tansley, Matlock, DE4 5FY, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.
