THE PNEUMOCONIOSIS, ETC., (WORKERS’ COMPENSATION) (PAYMENT OF CLAIMS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 2011

The Department for Social Development has made a Statutory Rule entitled the Pneumoconiosis, etc., (Workers’ Compensation) (Payment of Claims) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011 (S.R. 2011 No. 67) which comes into operation on 1st April 2011.

The Rule increases lump sum payments which may be made to certain persons disabled by a disease to which the Pneumoconiosis, etc., (Workers’ Compensation) (Northern Ireland) Order 1979 applies, or to dependants of persons who were so disabled before they died.
