The Trunk Road T8 (Toome To Castledawson) Order (Northern Ireland) 2011

The Department for Regional Development has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Trunk Road T8 (Toome to Castledawson) Order (Northern Ireland) 2011” (S.R. 2011 No. 98) which will come into operation on 7 May 2011.

The Order provides that 7850 metres of proposed new road described in Part I of the Schedule, shall be part of the Moira-Antrim-Magherafelt-Moneymore Trunk Road T8 and be part of the trunk road system. The Order also provides for the abandonment and stopping-up of certain roads.
