Resolution for Winding-Up

At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named company, duly convened and held at the offices of Liz McKeown & Co., 3 Wellington Park, Malone Road, Belfast, BT9 6DJ on 11 March 2011 at 10.30 a.m. the following Special Resolution was duly passed:–

 “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind-up the same and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.”

The following Ordinary Resolution was duly passed by the meeting:–

 “That Liz McKeown of Liz McKeown & Co., 3 Wellington Park, Malone Road, Belfast, be, and she is hereby, appointed Liquidator of the company.”
