The Misuse of Drugs (Designation) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2010

Notice is hereby given that the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 7, (4) and (5) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 as adapted by section 7(9) of that Act and now vested in it and after consultation with the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs in accordance with section 7(7) of that Act has made an Order entitle The Misuse of Drugs (Designation) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2010.

This Amendment Order comes into operation on 16th April 2010.
