The Rt. Hon. Shaun Woodward MP, Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, in pursuance of the powers conferred on him by the Banking and Financial Dealings Act 1971, has signed an Order appointing Monday 12 July 2010 as a Bank and Public Holiday in Northern Ireland.
