Notice under paragraph 6 of Schedule 15 to the said Act

Notice is hereby given that Nottingham Oddfellows Assurance Friendly Society Limited, an incorporated friendly society registered under the Friendly Societies Act 1992 (registered number 596F), whose registered office is at 29 Bridgford Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham, NG2 6AU, desires to transfer its engagements to Independent Order of Odd Fellows Manchester Unity Friendly Society, an unincorporated friendly society registered under the Friendly Societies Act 1974 (registered number 223F), whose registered office is at Abbey House, 32 Booth Street, Manchester, M2 4QP, and has applied to the Financial Services Authority to confirm the transfer.

Any interested party may make written representations to the Financial Services Authority and/or give notice of intention to make oral representations to the Financial Services Authority with respect to the application. Written representations and notice of intention to make oral representations should be received by the Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, El4 5HS (for the attention of Richard Martin, Regulatory Decisions Department) or by email to richard.martin@fsa.gov.uk by 4 December 2009. If notice is given of oral representations these will be heard by the Financial Services Authority on 18 December 2009 at a time and place to be determined by the Financial Services Authority.
