NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Article 92 of The Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that the Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company, will be held at the offices of McCambridge Duffy LLP, Templemore Business Park, Northland Road, Derry, BT48 0LD on 25 November 2009 at 12 noon and 12:30pm respectively.

The meetings are called pursuant to Article 92 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator.

A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor.

Proxies to be used at the meeting should be lodged at the offices of McCambridge Duffy LLP, Templemore Business Park, Northland Road, Derry, BT48 0LD no later than 12 noon on the working day immediately before the meetings.
