Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 92(1) of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that General Meetings of the above company will be held at the offices of Lynchehaun & Associates Ltd, Suite 1, lst Floor Benmore House, 343/353 Lisbum Road, Belfast, BT9 7EP at 11.00 a.m. on Thursday 29 October 2009 at 12.15 p.m. to be followed by a General Meetings of Creditors at 12.30 p.m. for the purpose of receiving an account of the liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding up for the entire period of the liquidation.

Members wishing to vote at the meeting must (unless they are individual members attending in person) lodge their proxies at the office of Lynchehaun & Associates Ltd, Suite 1, lst Floor Benmore House, 343/353 Lisburn Road, Belfast, BT9 7EP no later than 12.00 noon on Wednesday 28 October 2009.
