If you were an employee of one of the above employers, and a member of the Fund, and think you are still entitled to benefits under the Fund but have not been notified of the wind-up, or you are a widow, widower, child or dependant of such an employee, please contact Jason Lawrance at US Forces UK Employees Pension Fund, Po Box 8, 86 Blenheim Crescent, Ruislip, Middlesex, HA4 7HB. or e-mail him at Jason.Lawrance@london.af.mil. You should include details of your former employer, dates of service and any benefits you think you are entitled to and write not later than 31st October 2009.

It is the Trustees’ intention to distribute the assets of the Fund to provide benefits for its members, beneficiaries and pensioners as soon as possible. If the Trustees are not aware of your entitlement under the Fund before 31st October 2009 they will not be liable to pay benefits to you.

If you already receive a pension from the Fund, or you have received an announcement detailing the wind-up of the Fund you do not need to write to the Trustees as they already have full details about your entitlements.
