Statutory Notice to Creditors & Others
IN the Estate of Steve Wain, late of 150 Culcrum Road, Dunloy, Ballymena, County Antrim, deceased (“the Deceased”).
NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 28 of the Trustee Act (Northern Ireland) 1958, that all creditors, beneficiaries and other persons having any claims against or interest in the estate of the Deceased, who died on 5th April 2009 are hereby required to send within three (3) months of the date of this Notice, particulars of such claims or interests to the undersigned Solicitors for the Personal Representatives of the Deceased.
AND NOTICE is further hereby given that after three months from the date of this Notice the said Personal Representatives will proceed to convey or distribute the property of the Deceased among the parties entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and demands of which particulars shall have been received within the said period of three months.
