Loading Bays and Parking Places on Roads Order

Notice is given that the Department for Regional Development made on 19th January 2009 an Order entitled The Loading Bays and Parking Places on Roads (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2009 (S.R. 2009 No. 15) which will come into operation on 12th February 2009. The effect of the Order is to use as parking places a length of road at Canal Street, Strabane between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 7.00 p.m. Saturday. Vehicles may be left for a period not exceeding 1 hour with return to a parking place prohibited until 1 hour has expired. The use of the parking places are restricted during the hours 8.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive to vehicles loading and unloading certain goods.
