STATUTORY NOTICE TO CLAIMANTS BY PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES UNDER SECTION 28 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1958
In the Estate of Lily Isabel Duncan, DECEASED, Late of Breffni Lodge, 3 Wandsworth Road, Belfast, BT4 3LS (formerly of 11 Schomberg Park, Belfast)
NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to Section 28 of The Trustee Act (Northern Ireland) 1958, that all Creditors, Beneficiaries and other persons having any claims against or interest in the Estate of the above-named Deceased who died on 17th January 2008 are hereby required to send on or before 13th February 2009, particulars of such claims or interest to the undersigned Solicitors for the Personal Representatives of the Deceased.
AND NOTICE is hereby further given that after 13th February 2009 the said Personal Representatives will proceed to convey or distribute the property of the said deceased among the parties entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and demands of which particulars shall have been received.
