Parking Places On Roads Castlederg

Notice is given that the Department for Regional Development made on 17th November 2008 an Order entitled The Parking Places on Roads (Castlederg) Order (Northern Ireland) 2008 (S.R. 2008 No. 450) which will come into operation on 22nd December 2008.

The effect of the Order is to authorise the use as a parking place of a length of Main Street, Castlederg and to prescribe the conditions under which the parking place may be used. Restrictions on parking will apply between the hours of 8.30 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. Monday to Saturday inclusive. Within that period vehicles may be left for a period not exceeding 1 hour with return to a parking place prohibited until a period of 1 hour has expired. Vehicles are excepted from the conditions in certain circumstances. The parking place will be located as follows:

Main Street (north-east side), from a point 9 metres north-west of its junction with Albert Street for a distance of 10 metres.
