Roads (Speed Limit) Order

The Department for Regional Development made a Statutory Rule entitled The Motor Vehicles (Speed Limits) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008, (S.R. 2008 No. 344), the Regulations were affirmed by resolution of the Assembly on 21st October 2008.

The Order will amend the Motor Vehicles (Speed Limits) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1989.
