Notice is hereby given that in exercise of the powers conferred by section 60(1) of the Welfare Reform Act (Northern Ireland) 2007 the Department for Social Development has made an order entitled the Welfare Reform (2007 Act) (Commencement No. 7) Order (Northern Ireland) 2008 (S.R. 2008 No. 425(C. 25)).
