Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article 92 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 that a final meeting of the creditor’s of Global Container Imports Ltd will be held at the offices of Carnson Morrow Graham, 20 May Street, Belfast, BT1 4NL on 28 October 2008 at 2.00 p.m. for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up of the company has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the liquidator.

A creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a member. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of Carnson Morrow Graham, by not later than 12 noon on 24 October 2008.
