Notice is hereby given that in exercise of the powers conferred by section 149(5) of the Social Security Contributions (Northern Ireland) Act 1992 and section 122(2) of the Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 1992, and now vested in it, the Department for Social Development has made a regulation entitled the Statutory Sick Pay (General) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008 (S.R. 2008 No. 356).
