Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a final meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton UK LLP, 30 Finsbury Square, London, EC2P 2YU on 8 September 2008 at 10.30 a.m., for the purpose of receiving an account of the liquidators’ acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding up to 8 September 2008.

A member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy to exercise all or any of his rights to attend and vote at a meeting of the company in his place. A member may appoint more than one proxy in relation to the meeting, provided that each proxy is appointed to exercise the rights attached to a different share or shares held by him.

It is not necessary for the proxy to be a member. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of Grant Thornton UK LLP, 30 Finsbury Square, London, EC2P 2YU by not later than 12 noon on 7 September 2008.
