THE SOCIAL SECURITY (STUDENTS RESPONSIBLE FOR CHILDREN OR YOUNG PERSONS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008

Notice is hereby given that in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 122(1)(a), 123(1)(d) and (e) and 171(1) and (3) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992, and Articles 8(4) and 36(2) of the Jobseekers (Northern Ireland) Order 1995, and now vested in it, the Department for Social Development has made Regulations entitled the Social Security (Students Responsible for Children or Young persons) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008 (S.R. 2008 No. 290).
