Notice is hereby given that in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 14(1) of the Health and Personal Social Services (Northern Ireland) Order 1991, the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety, has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Health and Social Services Trusts (Originating Capital) Order (Northern Ireland) 2008 (S.R. 2008 No. 142).
