Statutory Notice to Creditors & Others
in THE estate of elizabeth thompson, deceased, late of bangor care home, 27a manor avenue, bangor, county down, bt20 3ng, formErly of 15 innisfayle avenue, bangor county down, ob: 5th february 2007
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 28 of the Trustee Act (NI) 1958 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of the late Elizabeth Thompson who died on 05/02/2007 is hereby required to send particulars thereof to the undersigned the Solicitors for the Personal Representatives on or before 30th April 2008.
After this date the Personal Representatives will distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claim and interests of which they shall then have had notice. In respect of the assets of any part thereof so distributed, the Personal Representatives will not be liable to any person of whose claim or interest they shall not then have had notice.
