Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act (Northern Ireland) 1925 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the the Estate of the late Roland Corry Betty Bleakley who died on 28 December 2006 is hereby required to send particulars thereof to the undersigned the Solicitors for the Personal Representatives on or before the 22nd November 2007.
After this date the Personal Representatives will distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claim and interests of which they shall have had notice. In respect of the assets of any part thereof so distributed, the Personal Representatives will not be liable to any person of whose claim or interest they shall not have had notice.
