SPECIFICATION BY THE CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY

THE CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY (EUROCONTROL CHARGES)

(SECOND AMENDMENT) SPECIFICATION 2007

TAKING EFFECT ON 1st SEPTEMBER 2007

The Civil Aviation Authority (“CAA”) in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 73, 74 and 75 of the Transport Act 2000 ( a ) hereby makes the following Specification:

 1. This Specification may be cited as the Civil Aviation Authority (Eurocontrol Charges) (Second Amendment) Specification 2007 and shall take effect on 1st September 2007.

 2. The Civil Aviation Authority (Eurocontrol Charges) Specification 2007 shall be further amended as follows:

 In column (3) of the Schedule the following amendment shall be made to the unit rate in euros –

Croatia

from 49.55 to 29.64

The unit rate for Croatia is reduced with effect from 1st September 2007 from e49.55 to e29.64.
