Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article 91 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that a General Meeting of the above named company will be held at the offices of cavanagh|kelly, Chartered Accountants & Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, 38 Northland Row, Dungannon on 29th August 2007 at 10.00 am to be followed by a General Meeting of Creditors at 10.15 am for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings to date.

Forms of proxy, if intended to be used, must be duly completed and lodged at the offices of cavanagh|kelly, Chartered Accountants & Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, 38 Northland Row, Dungannon, BT71 6AP, no later than 12.00 noon on the 28th Day of August 2007.
